Argonaut Investments, founded in 1992, is
a privately held commercial real estate investment management firm. The
company focuses on the acquisition, management and redevelopment of
Neighborhood and Community Shopping Centers as well as Manufactured
Housing/RV communities in the western United States.
Argonaut's
portfolio presently consists of 15 properties, located in California, Oregon, and Washington
with nearly $200 million in assets under management. The portfolio
includes approximately a million square feet of retail space and more than
400 MHC/RV spaces.
The company is owned and managed by its two principals, Stephen Jaeger and Michael Karasik, who bring over 40 years
of combined real estate experience to the business. Together, Stephen and
Michael have assembled a team of individuals who are experienced in
acquisitions, finance, property and asset management.
